What is the HH Concierge?
It's the Herrera family's service for coordinating villas, yachts, cars, experiences, services, transport, tables and private flights in the Riviera Maya. The same house behind HH Luxury Real Estate, with an office in Playa del Carmen. One point of contact from start to finish.
How is a service priced?
Every request is priced case by case. You tell us what you need, for when and how many of you there are; we come back with a proposal and the full figure, in writing, before anything starts. There's no public price list and no packages.
Which areas do you cover?
We operate in the Riviera Maya, out of the HH office in Playa del Carmen.
How far in advance should I write?
It depends on the service and the season. What we can tell you right now: if it can be arranged, we arrange it; and if it can't, we say so.
Can I combine my stay with property viewings?
Yes. HH is a real estate agency first: if your trip includes seeing properties, the same car takes you and we arrange the route. We'll also sort out where you stay while you decide on a purchase.
